chipped paintworkwarped wood
My stay had a couple of letdowns. first, the paintwork was chipped on virtually all doorframes in the room, revealing bare wood. also, the fridge was sitting on a piece of wood. It looked warped from water damage. these small details detracted from the overall experience. breakfast milk smelled terrible too.

the family room provided ample space for four. we appreciated the cleanliness and the functional amenities, including dark curtains for restful sleep. a fridge and kettle were nice additions. the indoor pool offered a great recreational option.
i noticed some chipped paint on the doorframes in the room, exposing the wood.

the room was a good size. i appreciated the superb staff in all areas of the hotel. it was especially true for the reception and bar staff. they were always ready to assist.
i found the interior very dated. the swimming pool and jacuzzi seemed very small. given that it is mostly a family hotel, it was almost impossible to use.

the staff were very helpful and friendly. the pool was good for a relaxing swim. breakfast was AMAZING!!! there was a fabulous choice of food.
the room was a bit dated. the carpet was discoloured, and the wallpaper was coming away from the walls. a small update would be great.
